  • Creative development and management of companies’ full-cycle art research ideation through programs, publications, and impact.

  • Examples of business development with academic, industry, and creative agencies include Nokia Bell Labs, ARUP Engineering, Arizona State University, Chronus Art Center in Beijing.

  • Grew international salon series from 9 local groups to 45 international branded community groups on a restricted budget.

  • Designed and implemented 50th anniversary strategy with 38 international events including a flagship art festival in San Francisco in 2018.

  • Provides leadership through transparency, equity and collaboration to an international community and to transdisciplinary thought leaders.

  • Increased individual giving by 300% in the first year.

Community Engagement and Special Projects Manager

ZERO1: The Art & Technology Network

ZERO1 is a Silicon Valley hybrid arts organization. They connect creative explorers in art, science, and technology to provoke and explore new ideas that build engaged and vibrant communities. ZERO1 Produced the 01SJ Art + Technology international Biennial from 2006- 2012.

 

SOCIAL MEDIA AND COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

  • Developed and implemented social media plans and campaigns for organization.

  • Managed online communities through engagement and social platforms.

  • Branded, managed and marketed company using social media tools.

  • Created and managed measurement and key performance indicators and analytic strategies.

  • Created biennial social media programming including social media Art Ambassadors and intern program.

OTHER RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • Collaborated and improved outreach with over 42 partner organizations. Providing a customer service approach and delivered services effectively and efficiently in a timely, accurate, respectful, and friendly manner.

  • Managed guerilla marketing programming including flash mobs and other visibility events.

  • Created ZERO1 App Lab including build-out of API and App Project Management.

  • Managing editor for the ZERO1 blog.

  • Integrated new technology trends into the organization.

  • Developed targeted content and messaging for brand and marketing outreach.

  • Brought in approximately $100,000 in in-kind services to the organization.


Co – Project Manager

San Jose Climate Clock Initiative

San Jose, CA 06.10–12.12

 

The SJCCI was an ideas competition to build an iconic landmark that measured climate change influenced public behavior and lasted for a least a century. This was a collaboration between the City of San Jose, San Jose State University, ZERO1 and Montalvo Arts Center.

 

  • Managed artists-in-residence for the San Jose Climate Clock Initiative.

  • Managing editor of Climate Clock Catalog.

  • Managed event planning and production of Climate Clock symposiums, forums, lectures, etc.

  • Developed relationships with industry and education.

  • Worked alongside the City of San Jose Public Art Program during the management process.

  • Organized resources within Silicon Valley to benefit the artists-in-residence.

  • Managed program visibility events for artist teams for academic and development communities.

  • Developed online communities through social media

  • Developed website content.
