Comments closed on October 16, 2024

This collection of Federal Register notices detailed administrative actions and requests for information from several U.S. government agencies. The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) solicited public feedback on how federal agencies should manage commercially available information that contained personally identifiable data, particularly in the context of artificial intelligence. Meanwhile, the Joint Board for the Enrollment of Actuaries and NASA announced meetings to discuss actuarial examinations and aerospace safety protocols, respectively. Additionally, the U.S. International Trade Commission outlined procedures for handling confidential documents during investigations. Together, these documents illustrated the government’s ongoing efforts to regulate data privacy, maintain professional standards, and oversee high-risk technical programs.
